DEAL ALTERNATIVE: Groupon Vs. Daddy's Deals - PVP Game System

On the 17th October I posted a DEAL FAIL for Groupon selling the PVP game system for R399 as shown below. I estimated that it was 300% overvalued based on the pre-discounted value. (Link to article)


In November Groupon was selling it again on special for the same overvalued price as shown below.


Daddy's Deals has now posted the same / similar PVP gaming system with a free Multimedia speaker for R299.
Now at R299 it is still slightly over valued compared to the China Town R250 price but at least you get a Multimedia speaker with it. Click on the image below for a link to the deal.

The pre-discounted price that Daddy's Deals has shown below of R599 is still 240% overpriced but at least their discount and end price is lower and more realistic than the Groupon deal.



So as far as Groupon Vs. Daddy's Deals go this is a win for Daddy's Deals.
