Makro this week has a great deal on a Samsung 46" (117cm) LCD TV LA46D550 for only R6999.
What makes this TV special is the DLNA facilities and the fact that it will play any media format (even 1080p MKV files) via a USB stick or streaming via a PC.
This deal is valid until 13 February 2012.

House and Home is having their Hey Days Special on at the moment and you can get the Sony 46" (117cm) LCD internet TV 46CX520 for R6899.
This TV has the ability to stream internet videos, skype and browse twitter and facebook.
It only falls short as a media player due to it not being able to play MKV files.
This deal is valid until 12 February 2012.
