DEAL FAIL: False Advertising By Groupon - False Full HD Projector

In the images below Groupon advertises the Playview 1080P 3D Projector. And further on the Product name is "Mini Portable Full HD".

This leads you to believe that you are buying a Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution projector.

But if you read the specs you will notice that the projector only has a native resolution (maximum resolution) of 1280 x 800 which is only HD ready.

This is clearly clever (false) advertising to lead the consumer to believe they are buying a Full HD Projector.

    I just purchased the "HD LED Projector/3D Ready Home Theater with TV Tuner - White" which on the website claims to have a brightness of 2600 lumens, the actual projector which has now been delivered says 1500 lumens.

    Groupon claimed lamp life is 50000 hours versus actual of 20000 hours.

    Claimed Projection image size: 50” to 200” inch (50”-120” for best quality) - Actual: 42" to 100"
