DEALS: Xbox 360 250GB for R1999 @ Centurion BT Games this weekend

As an example: In the past 2 years BT-Games Tygervalley and some other branches received several complaints of some staff members lacking the basic understanding of what it means to establish a proper Employee-Customer relationship in the work environment.
I myself have raised this issue several times with BT-Games head office, only to find no improvement. As a result, I now prefer to do business only with the Canal Walk, Cape Gate, V&A Waterfront and Somerset branch in the Western Cape area.
NOTE. It is worth mentioning. I have received nothing but Great service from the staff members of the Canal Walk, Cape Gate, V&A Waterfront and Somerset branches.
As proof, one will find several complaints specifically aimed at the Tygervalley and some other branches on the "hellopeter" site.
Also, if you are an individual who are unhappy about the service you received at any specific shop/branch of a company. Please raise your issues with the head office instead of spoiling the advertisement and reading experience of blogs/sites such as this.
Worth mentioning: I am not the individual who posted the first comment on this post. I feel I needed to comment here to neutralize the potential "debate" that might occur on this post.
